For groups: US $500 Deposit is required with booking. Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made in writing no less than 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, $250, - of the deposit is forfeited, less than 14 days, full deposit is withheld.
